Nicole is an Occupational Therapist and is a Director of Coastal Work and Rehabilitation Solutions, and Coastal Physiotherapy.
Nicole graduated from the University of Queensland in 1997, with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy. Nicole has chosen to specialise in the field of Occupational Rehabilitation and has worked extensively in this area in Queensland, New South Wales and Canada. Canada is largely recognised as one of the world leaders in Occupational Rehabilitation and during her two and a half years there she was able to consolidate and build on her many skills.
Nicole has extensive experience in service delivery in the following areas: functional capacity evaluation, pre-employment assessment, worksite assessment, task analysis, manual handling training programs, ergonomic assessment, risk management and case management. During the remainder of her career, Nicole gained experience in hospital and community rehabilitation services.
